About Evergreen Nursing Home

- Our team of highly trained RNs, LPNs, and CNAs regularly receive in-service educational training so we can better fit the needs of our residents. We can assist our residents with:
- Physician and nurse practitioner oversight
- Diet and nutrition planning
- Assistance with daily living
Recreational therapy:
- We want to help our residents get exercise, build relationships, and try new things. That’s why we plan daily in-room activities, outings, and more throughout your stay.
Dietary services:
- Inspired by traditional, home-style, and Southern menus, we prepare and serve fresh meals daily. We consult with our registered dietician to ensure your meals are healthy and nutritious. We will also provide nutrition education to our residents so they can continue to live healthy lifestyles.
- We want to help restore function and confidence to your loved one’s daily routine. That’s why we offer physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy services.
Social services:
- We aim to encourage communication between our residents and their families. We will work closely with your family members so they can stay up-to-date on your care. This also ensures that we are meeting every need required by each of our residents.
